Cancellation Policy

Child Policy : Children up to 6 years can stay free in parent's room when sharing bed with parents. Children aged 12 years and older are fully charged. 

Pets Policy : Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy :

*Any cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge.
*Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
*Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

● WEDDING BOOKING : Our hotel has a separate policy for wedding group booking, please disclose this prior to making a reservation, hotel holds full rights to cancel the booking if details not disclosed in advance.

● WEDDING BOOKING/ GROUP BOOKING : will neither be cancelled nor modified. No deposit will be refunded

● Bookings confirmed during Diwali, Christmas and New year (or any festive period) period will neither be cancelled nor be modified. No payment will be refundable during this period.

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

Identity Record : It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error..
